Founder of the Agency for Innovation and creator of EXPEERTS.club, Clôd
is a visionary leader in circular economy, regenerative innovation, and
educational programs for women entrepreneurs. She serves as the
Executive Director of EXPEERTS.club, a global network empowering
women through tailored educational programs and deep connections.
Additionally, Clôd has extensive expertise in Erasmus+ projects, serving
as a lead partner to design and implement international collaborations
focused on sustainability and gender equity.

Elif Ercan (Vice Chairwoman)
Senior Manager at LPA, Elif leads the Initiative AI & Advanced Analytics
and manages projects in future technologies, including Front-Office and
Treasury processes. With a background in strategic consulting, she
previously worked as Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting, where she
specialized in innovation strategy, DLT, AI, and capital markets
processes.

Elisabeth Siencnik (Treasurer)
A finance and project management expert with over 20 years of
experience, Elisabeth has supported multinational companies, NPOs, and
startups. Currently an Interim Finance Manager and Solution-Focused
Coach, she also serves as a Startup Coach at Impact Hub Vienna, helping
social entrepreneurs thrive. Previously, she was Finance Director at
CARE, where she managed international finance operations.

Stephanie Rank (Treasurer Deputy)
A certified adult educator and Erasmus+ expert, Stephanie has extensive
experience in sustainability, tourism, and lifelong learning. With a
background in finance and controlling and as the owner of The Ranks and
Appartements Ferchergasse, she combines entrepreneurship with
sustainable practices. She is also the Tourism & Leisure Industry
Spokesperson for the Green Economy Vienna, where she advocates for
sustainable business practices.

Tealee A. Brown (Secretary)
A writer, educator, and advocate for lifelong learning, Tealee has worked
globally to support women and youth through education. She is currently
the Data and Process Manager at Meto, where she also served as
University Relations Manager, growing partnerships between universities
and students. Tealee is also a Co-Founder of Lucreative Africa, focusing
on increasing access to quality education.

Elena Vallianatou (Secretary Deputy)
A sustainability and adult education expert, Elena is the Founder of
ViosimiKinotita, where she leads initiatives on environmental literacy and
transformative learning. She has a Master’s in Adult Education and
previously conducted research on local lifelong learning communities for
sustainable futures. Elena also participates as a facilitator in global
sustainability initiatives like Doughnut Economics Greece and Climate
Fresk.
