Mandakini Pachauri is an India-born poet, nonfiction writer, editor, and feminist thinker based near Vienna. Her work centers on gender, violence, memory, and resistance, amplifying marginalized voices.
As Nonfiction Editor at Usawa, she contributes essays on global women’s movements, bodily autonomy, and protest, shaped by a strong commitment to intersectional feminism and ethical storytelling.
Her writing bridges geographies and genres, exploring how private histories and public politics intersect.
With a background in strategy and marketing, she holds an MBA in Human–Computer Interaction and is pursuing a Pan-European MFA in Creative Writing.
In Vienna, she has created feminist community spaces grounded in solidarity and care.
Tealee A. Brown
A writer, educator, and advocate for lifelong learning, Tealee has worked globally to support women and youth through education. She is currently the Data and Process Manager at Meto, where she also served as University Relations Manager, growing partnerships between universities and students.
Tealee is also a Co-Founder of Lucreative Africa, focusing on increasing access to quality education.
At the moment she is setting up the "Reading Rooms Fund" .
Elena Vallianatou
A sustainability and adult education expert, Elena is the Founder of
ViosimiKinotita, where she leads initiatives on environmental literacy and

She has a Master’s in Adult Education and
previously conducted research on local lifelong learning communities for

She serves as the
Executive Director of EXPEERTS.club, a global network empowering
women through tailored educational programs and deep connections.
Additionally, Clôd has extensive expertise in Erasmus+ projects, serving
as a lead partner to design and implement international collaborations
focused on sustainability and gender equity.
